Where we ship

We currently ship to Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom.

Shipping rates

Free standard shipping on orders over $50 (£50 in the UK).

Orders under $50 (£50 in the UK) have a flat $9 (£9) standard shipping rate.

Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery after your order ships:

Canada: 3–9 business days

United States: 4–8 business days

United Kingdom: 6–10 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays can happen, especially around holidays such as Ramadan and Eid, so if you're buying a gift for a specific date, please order early.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Duties and taxes

Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may be charged by your local customs authority. These are the customer's responsibility.

Address issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Lost or damaged parcels
